Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your order. Delivery times vary based on your location and the product ordered:
- Domestic (US) Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days
- Domestic (US) Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days (where available)
- International Shipping: 10-30 business days depending on destination
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
